On 16/05/2026,a comprehensive Career Guidance Program was successfully organized at Ikhar Village by Progressive Welfare Trust Ikhar in collaboration with World Bharuchi Vahora Federation. The program witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 250 students who had appeared for their Std. 10th and 12th examinations.


During the session, students were guided about various career opportunities, emerging fields, and future-oriented courses with strong career scope. Detailed information regarding admission processes, colleges, course fees, scholarships, and the GCAS admission system was provided to help students make informed decisions about their academic future.

The program also focused on skill-based and AI-based education, creating awareness among students about modern learning trends and the importance of developing practical and future-ready skills. Individual counseling sessions were conducted to address students’ queries personally and guide them towards the most suitable career paths according to their interests and abilities.
